1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device to remember state — that you're logged in, that you've dismissed a banner, that you've added coffee to your cart.
2. What we use
Strictly necessary cookies: cart state, checkout state, secure sessions. These do not require consent under GDPR and cannot be turned off. Optional cookies: privacy-preserving analytics via Plausible (or equivalent). Aggregate data only, no individual tracking.
3. What we do not use
We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads pixels, or any behavioural retargeting.
4. Your choice
The optional analytics cookie is off by default. You can turn it on from the cookie banner or from your account settings, and turn it off again any time.
5. How to clear cookies
You can clear cookies from your browser at any time. All modern browsers offer this — see your browser's privacy settings.
