1. Who we are
Kahawa Nzuri Coffee AS is the data controller for information you give us through kahawa.akemogroup.com. Contact: kahawa@akemogroup.com.
2. What we collect
Order data: name, delivery address, email, phone (optional), payment method (via our processor — we do not store card details). Newsletter data: email address only. Analytics: anonymous usage data via a privacy-preserving analytics tool (Plausible or equivalent). No individual tracking cookies.
3. Why we collect it
To process and ship your order. To send order confirmation, shipping, and delivery emails. To send the newsletter, only if you opt in. To improve the website (aggregated analytics only).
4. Who we share it with
Only the parties strictly required to deliver your order: our payment processor, our shipping provider, and — if you opt in — our newsletter provider. We never sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
Order data is retained for as long as Norwegian bookkeeping law requires (currently 5 years). Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is aggregate only and cannot identify you.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to see what data we hold on you, correct it, delete it (subject to bookkeeping law), and object to processing. Write to kahawa@akemogroup.com and we will respond within 30 days.
