1. Who we are
Kahawa Nzuri Coffee AS is a company registered in Norway. Our organisation number will appear here at launch. Our registered address is Oslo, Norway. Contact: kahawa@akemogroup.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to every purchase made through kahawa.akemogroup.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
3. Placing an order
Orders are placed by adding coffees to your bag and completing checkout. A confirmation email is sent when we accept the order. Until we accept, no contract exists.
4. Prices, VAT, and payment
All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include Norwegian VAT (25% MVA on coffee unless the current rate says otherwise). We accept Vipps, cards, and Klarna. Payment is taken at checkout.
5. Delivery
Standard delivery in Norway is 2 – 4 working days from dispatch. Nordic and EU delivery is 4 – 10 working days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Details on our shipping page.
6. Right of withdrawal (angrerett)
Under Norwegian consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract. Unopened coffee is refunded in full. Opened coffee with a fault is replaced or refunded. Full details on our returns page.
7. Subscription terms
Subscriptions renew on the frequency you choose. You can pause, skip, or cancel from your account at any time. No lock-in.
8. Liability
We are responsible for making sure the coffee we send you matches the description. We are not liable for indirect losses (missed meetings, disappointed guests, etc.).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are handled by Norwegian courts, with Oslo as the venue.
