What discount do I get?

Subscription pricing is confirmed before launch. Every subscription bag will be priced below the one-time equivalent, and the saving is visible in the cart before you check out.

Can I choose which coffee arrives?

Yes. Set your preference to a single coffee (currently Bugisu), or open it up to any coffee currently on offer. You can also let us curate — we'll rotate through new arrivals as they come in.

How do I pause or skip a delivery?

From your account, click "pause" or "skip next". The change takes effect immediately. There is no phone call, no email chain.

What happens when Bugisu sells out?

Your subscription automatically switches to the next coffee we recommend for your preference. We email you before it ships so you have the option to change your mind.
